No, Online and Mobile Banking are free.

We use the latest encryption standards and methods to protect your information.

You can enroll for Online Banking online, or by contacting us at XXX-XXX-XXXX. Enrollment for our Mobile Banking service is included with Online Banking enrollment.

No. Use the same Online Banking username and password. If you change your Online Banking password, the Mobile Banking password will automatically change as well.

The app can be found by searching for FI Name within your mobile device’s app store. Once downloaded, simply use your Online Banking credentials to log in.

From our Mobile App, simply select “Deposits” from the menu, enter the amount of the deposit, endorse the physical check, and take a photo using the camera on your mobile device of the front and back of the check and submit. That’s it!

Funds from Mobile Deposits are generally available on the next business day after it is received, just like typical deposits.

We recommend securely storing the check for 14 business days, then destroying the original paper check.

Our bill pay service is free.

  • • Just log into Online Banking, click the ‘Bill Pay’ tab, and complete the enrollment form.

  • • You must be enrolled in Online Banking before you can enroll for Bill Pay.

Popmoney personal payment service allows you to send money to anyone in as little as one business day, using only an email address or mobile phone number.

There is no monthly service charge, but you will be charged $.50 each time you send money using Popmoney. There are no fees for receiving money.

Our person-to-person payment service is only available for bank accounts located in the
United States.  

Zelle is a fast, safe and easy way to send money directly between almost any bank accounts in the U.S., typically within minutes1. With just an email address or U.S. mobile phone number, you can send money to people you trust, regardless of where they bank2.

[BANK/CREDIT UNION NAME] does not charge a fee to use Zelle. Data rates may apply from your mobile carrier if used on your mobile device.

In order to use Zelle, the sender and recipient’s bank accounts must be based in the U.S.
